All our products are packed in anti-static bags and boxes due to the sensitivity of the components. These measures ensure product safety during transportation.

Our products are generally shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and EMS air freight to ensure safe and timely delivery. We can also arrange delivery using the transportation method specified by the customer.

Sample products for regular orders will be delivered within one week. The delivery timeframe for bulk production (within 200pcs) is two weeks. For quantities exceeding 200pcs, please contact our online sales experts to discuss specific delivery dates.

If you discover any damage or loss of products during transportation, please contact our sales department and provide the relevant documentation promptly. We will provide you with equivalent products within one week.

If any issues arise during product usage, please contact our technical personnel and return the defective products within one week. If the problem is determined to be caused by our company after testing, we will promptly provide you with equivalent products.
